A Halloween event in Orillia has filled up quickly.
Derick Lehmann, the Orillia Youth Centre, and ODAS Park are teaming up to bring local children a safe Halloween experience this weekend, but all spaces have been filled, with a waiting list now in effect.
Tomorrow (October 31st) from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., registered participants can enjoy Trunk or Treat, a unique COVID-friendly event and 891 Max FM will be there to hand out candy.
Plus, there are prizes for the best decorated trunk.
There will be hand sanitizer at each of the trick-or treat-stations, and tongs will be used by the people handing out candy
Local businesses are also encouraged to participate.
