Charges have been laid in a break-in attempt at a home in Wasaga Beach.
Around 2 a.m. on Tuesday, OPP responded to a report of a man trying to enter a house through a kitchen window and was apparently seen with a stainless steel kitchen knife.
Through investigation police were able to identify the suspect and found him shortly after at another residence.
A 23 year old Wasaga Beach man is charged with break and enter, robbery, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon, uttering threats, assault a peace officer with intent to resist arrest, disarming a peace officer and fail to comply with probation order.
Police believe this to be an isolated incident. Investigation currently ongoing.
