Police have charged an ATV rider who had a baby on board.
On Sunday, OPP and Central Ontario ATV club trail wardens conducted several hours of patrol on the Simcoe County Forests trails in Springwater Township.
Police charged an operator for having a two year old toddler on board an ATV while on a highway.
In another incident, officers helped a 33 year old woman off the trail with an injury to her arm after wiping out on her dirt bike.
She was taken to a local hospital by ambulance with minor injuries.
Also during the patrols, four recreational vehicle operators were find $215 each for not having a trail permit.
