Trial dates have been set in the fatal Lake Joseph boat crash case.
Linda O’Leary is charged with careless operation of a vessel and faces a $10,000 fine while a New York man has also been charged.
Trial dates in Parry Sound have been set for June 14-18, July 12-16 and July 14-21st.
A trial date confirmation hearing is also set before then on May 6th.
The two-vessel collision happened near Emerald Island in August 2019 and left two people, Susanne Brito of Oakville and Gary Poltash of Florida, dead.
