The Salvation Army of Goderich and Clinton is hoping to reach triple digits in their annual coat drive.
Lieutenant Derek Kerr tells Country 104.9 News organizers are looking to collect over a hundred new and gently used winter coats this year.
Kerr says that is approximately the number handed our during the 2019 edition of the coat drive.
While there are no collection bins throughout the community this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kerr says drop-offs are being accepted throughout October.
Those in need of a winter coat are asked to pre-register before October 23rd, by calling 519-524-2950 (Goderich) or 519-482-8586 (Clinton).
Distribution of winter coats will be by appointment only on November 2nd in Goderich, and November 3rd in Clinton.
