Just before 11 a.m. Thursday morning, South Bruce OPP say officers were called to a report of a blaze involving a car at a residence in the 200 block of Durham Street.
Police and Kincardine firefighters arrived on scene to find a vehicle fully engulfed in flames.
According to OPP, initial investigation revealed two people were residing in an outbuilding on the vacant property.
Police say they were taken into custody and a number of weapons were seized.
