Huron County OPP arrested and charged a Goderich man following a collision in the town last week.
On Nov. 3, just after 8 p.m., Huron County OPP responded to a collision on Albert Street North in Goderich.
Police say one vehicle involved in the crash failed to remain at the scene and was later located. Officers spoke to the driver, who had consumed alcohol prior to driving, and he was subsequently arrested for impaired operation.
The 49-year-old Goderich man has been charged with two counts of operation while impaired and one count of failure to stop after an accident.
He is scheduled to appear in court in January.
