Recruitment follows news funding was made available to coordinate economic growth linked to the proposed Bruce C expansion project in Tiverton.
The expansion will create hundreds of jobs, with many workers expected to settle in areas around Bruce Power, including Huron County.
In April, North Huron announced the expansion of the municipality’s Children’s Program South Site Facility, which will add 26 spaces initially, with hopes to expand to 44.
The County’s recruitment campaign features a dedicated webpage that highlights pathways to becoming an RECE, information about education and training opportunities, and the stories of local early childhood educators who are making an impact in Huron County every day.
