Bracebridge OPP has charged another driver with impaired driving related offences.
On Tuesday, October 6th at 10:20 a.m., officers along with Muskoka EMS and Bracebridge Fire Department responded to a report of a single motor vehicle collision that occurred on Cedar Lane near an elementary school in Bracebridge, in a school zone.
The vehicle had left the roadway and struck a tree and the driver was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
Officers conducted an investigation and have arrested and charged a 45-year-old man from Bracebridge with:
- Impaired Operation
- Operation While Prohibited X 2
- Driving while under suspension X 2
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on November 17th, 2026 to answer to his charges.
