Bracebridge OPP charged a 16 year old with criminal offences after discovering an early morning vehicle break-in in progress.
It happened in the area of Armstrong Street around 2:45am today.
Two youths, one 14, the other 16 were attempting to break into a construction vehicle – when officers approached the 14 year old was cooperative, while the 16 year old was not.
The charges the 16 year old male faces include obstruct a peace officer, uttering death threats and being intoxicated in a public place.
He will be in Youth Court in Bracebridge October 1st.
