Barrie Police have charged a 15 year old female in connection with an assault near Kempenfest Friday night.
A 16 year old girl was surrounded beaten. She was treated at hospital.
Police say the incident was filmed and distributed online by onlookers.
The investigation is ongoing in relation to any additional suspects who may have been involved.
