Saugeen Shores police have charged a driver after a report of a collision.
They say on July 21st, they responded to the area of Bruce County Road 33 alongside firefighters and paramedics.
Police say during their investigation, the driver was displaying erratic behaviour and was subjected to a roadside screening for alcohol which she failed.
The woman was arrested and transported to the hospital for treatment.
While at the hospital, she allegedly assaulted two police officers.
A 31-year-old St.Thomas woman is charged with dangerous operation, operation while impaired and two counts of assaulting a peace officer.
