South Bruce OPP have charged a Brampton man after his vehicle collided with a guardrail.
OPP say back on July 12th, at about 4:45 p.m., officers responded to a call about a collision on Highway 21 in Kincardine Township.
They say, while officers were investigating the collision, signs of impairment were observed and the driver was arrested.
A 62 year old Brampton man is charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs, operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus, and dangerous operation.
The vehicle involved was towed and impounded for seven days, and the man’s license was suspended for 90 days.
