Huron Perth Public Health wants your thoughts on its sexual health clinic services.
The agency has opened an online survey for residents of Huron and Perth counties, whether or not they have attended an HPPH sexual health clinic.
“We want to hear from community members about what is working well and where there may be opportunities to improve,” says Reba Oldridge, public health promoter at HPPH.
“Feedback from both clients and non-clients will help us better understand residents’ experiences, identify potential barriers to access, and improve sexual health services for residents across Huron and Perth.”
The anonymous and confidential survey takes five to 10 minutes to complete.
Participants will have the option to enter a draw for a chance to win one of three $50 gift cards.
