In Collingwood and Wasaga Beach the rating is high – meaning extreme caution must be used…Same for Oro-Medonte, Clearview, Essa and Springwater.
Severn and Tiny Townships, and Muskoka have issued fire bans, due to the extreme temperatures and lack of precipitation. All open-air burning is prohibited, and fire permits are suspended, and no fireworks are allowed.
