The Hanover fire department says it had a busy Tuesday this week.
They say they responded to seven calls for service including downed hydro wires during a town-wide power outage.
Firefighters worked alongside partner agencies throughout the day and night, and power was restored to the town by about 1:30 a.m. on July 1st.
They’re reminding you, “If you come across a downed power line, stay back, keep others away, and call 911. Treat every downed wire as live and dangerous.”
