
Staff at Corrie's Foodland in Clinton receive 2025 Foodland Ontario Retailer Award - Silver Award of Merit.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars in tourism, arts, and active living funding has been announced for organizations across Huron County.
The Blyth Centre for the Arts will receive $125 thousand through the 2026 Experience Ontario Program, and another $155 thousand through the Ontario Arts Council Theatre Organizations: Operating Grant.
The Goderich Celtic Folk Society will also receive $55 thousand through the Experience Ontario Program, while the Goderich Celtic Folk Society will receive just over $18 thousand through the Ontario Arts Council Music Organizations: Operating Grant
The Seniors Active Living Centre Program also announced funding for several Huron County organizations:
- One Care Home and Community Support Services – $57,640
- MacKay Centre for Seniors (Goderich) – $57,112
- MacKay Centre for Seniors (Dungannon) – $57,640
Corrie’s Foodland in Clinton has been recognized with a 2025 Foodland Ontario Retailer Award – Silver Award of Merit, which recognizes retailers that demonstrate outstanding efforts in promoting Ontario-grown fruits and vegetables and supporting Ontario foods.
