The Owen Sound Attack sent pending overage forward Jared Langdon to the Niagara IceDogs.
The team announced the move Thursday afternoon, just prior to the end of the Ontario Hockey League’s pre-draft trade window.
The Attack will receive London’s ninth-round selection in the 2028 OHL Priority Selection in return for Langdon.
Langdon, 19, was originally a fourth-round pick of the Attack in 2022, but didn’t suit up for the team until the 2025-26 season. He made his OHL debut in January, coming over to the Attack from the BCHL’s Blackfalds Bulldogs. Langdon had seven points in 23 games for the Attack, and played an important depth role at centre with strong work in all three zones.
“We want to thank Jared for his professionalism and contributions on and off the ice during his time with the Attack organization,” says Owen Sound Attack President and General Manager Tyler Nother in a release. “Jared has been a valued member of our organization, and we wish him nothing but success as he concludes his OHL career with the Niagara IceDogs.”
