An early morning fire in Barrie today has resulted in a local woman facing arson charges.
A 59-year-old woman was charged less than an hour after a suspicious fire in the basement of a residence on Essa Road.
Two occupants in the home located between Burton Avenue and Innisfil Street, escaped unharmed.
