If you’re out and about today in Owen Sound, there are reports of a bear in the area of Harrison Park that was seen heading towards Inlgis Falls.
A witness says it’s a small black bear, maybe a year old.
One person who saw it tells Bayshore Broadcasting News they were glad their dog was on a leash.
Police, the MNRF and bylaw officers are all aware of the sightings.
There has also been a report of a bear by Girl Guide Road in Georgian Bluffs.
