A construction job fair is set for May 21st in Barrie.
Hosted by Invest Barrie and the Barrie Construction Association, the event invites anyone looking to learn more about available construction opportunities and make connections with local employers.
A representative from the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program will also be at the fair to provide guidance to students aged 16 and older who are interested in apprenticeships in the construction industry.
Admission is free, with no registration required. Job seekers are encouraged to bring copies of their resume and be prepared for on-the-spot interviews. The job fair runs from 5:30 to 7:30pm.
