West Region OPP, Huron County
Charges have been laid, after a 14 year old was struck by a vehicle at a crosswalk in Clinton.
The incident took place April 22nd near the intersection of Smith Street and Ontario Street, where OPP say a teenager was struck by a vehicle, and airlifted to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
- A 41 year old driver from Huron East has now been charged with:
- Careless Driving Causing Bodily Harm
- Fail to Surrender Permit for Motor Vehicle
- Fail to Surrender Licence
