South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision just outside the Town of Walkerton.
Emergency crews, including police, fire, and Bruce County EMS, responded to the crash on Bruce Road 3 at approximately 10:00 a.m. on March 28, 2026.
Police say a 27-year-old male sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Three other individuals involved in the collision were also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A portion of Bruce Road 3 was closed Saturday while the OPP’s West Region Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) Team assisted with the investigation.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or who has dashcam footage from the area, to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
