Saugeen Shores will be reconstructing Bricker Street in Port Elgin this spring.
Bricker Street is located on the east side of Port Elgin. Work is set to be done from Lloyd Street to Maple Drive.
The Town says work will include full road reconstruction and the replacement of underground infrastructure including sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer, new sidewalk, curb and gutter.
An information session will be held for impacted residents on March 23 from 4-6pm on site (Bricker Street).
Construction is expected to begin in early April and the Town says it will take about three months.
They intend to keep traffic flowing and pedestrian access during the work and emergency vehicle access.
