One person is in custody following a suspicious house fire in Tiny Township Sunday evening.
Just before 6:00 p.m., OPP and fire crews responded to Macedonia Circle, where a home and garage were fully engulfed in flames. One resident was treated in hospital for minor injuries and a dog inside the home perished. A neighbouring house was also damaged.
Police later stopped a vehicle on Golf Link Road and arrested an individual in connection to the blaze.
The Ontario Fire Marshal is now investigating.
