A Goderich man is facing charges after the investigation of a Sexual Assault late last year.
Huron County OPP say the incident occurred in Goderich back in November.
Over the course of the investigation, police identified,and arrested a suspect on February 5th.
62-year old Donald Carrick faces charges of kidnapping and sexual assault.
He was held for a bail hearing and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled in Goderich on March 9th.
