South Bruce OPP say a Windsor man is facing an impaired driving charge after a vehicle was found in a snowbank.
On Jan. 1 around 3:29 a.m., police say an officer stopped to check a vehicle along Highway 9 in Brockton.
Police say the vehicle slid off the road and entered a snowbank, nearly hitting a road sign.
The officer on the scene spoke with the driver and detected signs of impairment.
As a result, the 25-year-old accused was charged with having a high blood alcohol level.
The man is set to appear in court in Walkerton next month.
