Freezing rain is the latest treat winter has in store for Grey Bruce.
Environment Canada issued a freezing rain warning for most of the region, saying snow or freezing rain mixed with ice pellets is expected to begin late Tuesday morning.
“Precipitation may begin early this morning as patchy freezing drizzle before changing to freezing rain. Freezing rain, which may be mixed with snow or ice pellets at times, is expected to change over to all snow as an area of low pressure moves through southern Ontario,” Environment Canada says in its warning. “Areas near the Lake Huron shoreline may see very little ice accretion or build up.”
