South Bruce OPP say a coach bus driver is being charged after repeatedly driving on a closed highway.
On Monday night around 10:30 p.m., police say an officer stopped the bus which was stuck along Highway 21 in Kincardine.
The highway has been closed for several hours due to weather conditions, which police say makes for unsafe driving.
As a result, the 45-year-old driver from Walkerton was charged with driving on a closed highway under the Highway Traffic Act.
Then this morning around 7:40 a.m., police received a call from a concerned passenger of the bus, which was once again travelling on the closed Highway 21.
OPP did not name the coach bus company.
Police say the bus was found in Tiverton and charged the same driver again with driving on a closed highway.
Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call police at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
