The Kincardine Hospital Foundation has passed a fundraising milestone as they prepare for a multi-million dollar expansion.
The foundation has now raised $12 million, marking two-thirds of the way to its $18 million goal.
The expansion project that will be paid for by the organization’s fundraising efforts includes modernized facilities, and improved services, including the first MRI machine in Bruce County.
The fundraising campaign was launched at the beginning of 2022, and the foundation says that since then, it has been powered by the dedication of its Health Care Ambassadors.
The foundation reminds donors that contributions made before December 31 will qualify for a charitable tax receipt for the 2025 tax year.
