0West Grey is going to consider making a by-law adjustment to allow for a proposed expansion to the industrial park in Normanby.
The proposed development along Watson Drive would grow the size of the industrial park by adding new lands and allow it to be used for light industrial work.
While the exact use of the land has not been identified, it will be permitted to undertake fuel distribution, agricultural bulk sales, warehousing, operating as a transport terminal, dry manufacturing, business or professional centre, and more.
Council will consider making the by-law adjustment for the proposed expansion during a meeting on Tuesday.
