The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.
Eric Richard Joseph Cardinal is described as an Indigenous male, 39 years old, 5′ (152 CM), 160 lbs. (73 KGS) with a fair complexion, clean shaven, brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a Dragon Tattoo on his right arm.
Cardinal is serving a 3-year, 3-month sentence for:
- Robbery
- Armed robbery
- Assault cause bodily harm
- Criminal harassment
- Theft under $5000
- Fail to comply with order – at large
- Fail to comply – probation order x 2 counts
The offender is known to frequent Timmins, Magnetawan, Elliot Lake and Toronto.
