Owen Sound Police are investigating a collision involving a school bus, a fire truck, and a delivery van.
The collision happened around 12pm on Monday at the intersection of 14th Street West and 2nd Avenue West, beside the Royal Canadian Legion.
Owen Sound Police say that one student from the school bus and the driver of the fire truck were taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Police determine that the fire truck failed to stop for a red light, striking both the school bus and the delivery van.
The driver of the fire truck has been charged with failure to stop at a red light.
City police are asking for witnesses and those with dashcam footage to call police at 519-376-1234.
