Good news in a campaign to bring more medical imaging to Goderich.
Officials with the Alexandra Marine & General Hospital Foundation launched their Magnetic Moments campaign last week, looking to raise $6.5 million to purchase an MRI machine for the Goderich hospital.
The AMGH Foundation says they have surpassed the $1 million mark, raising $1,007,036 in the first leg of the campaign.
Throughout the month of November, shoppers at Canadian Tire Goderich were asked to add a donation to the Magnetic Moments campaign to their checkout total.
