Highway 10 is closed between Side Road 60 and Side Road 80 near Markdale following a collision this morning.
South Bruce OPP Constable Matthew Thorpe says police responded to the collision involving a school bus and a pick-up truck around 8:23 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 10 and Side Road 70.
He says two children were transported to hospital, while the driver of the pick-up truck was air lifted to London.
Thorpe was not able to confirm the extent of the injuries.
“The collision remains under investigation,” says Thorpe.
Emergency crews are on scene.
Thorpe adds people can expect the road to be closed for a lengthy duration today while police investigate.
Side Road 70 is closed between East Back Line and West Back Line.
Police encourage drivers to use alternate routes.
