Grey Bruce OPP are asking for the community’s help after a mischief incident at the Victoria Village Housing Complex in Meaford.
Police say at about 1 this afternoon, (Dec 4) they were dispatched to the housing complex where they heard three people attended a unit in the complex and encountered an orange substance sprayed on the door.
OPP say the individuals experienced minor irritation from the unknown substance and were treated at the scene by Grey County Paramedics.
OPP are asking anyone with video surveillance footage in the area to check it — starting from the evening of December 3rd through December 4th for suspicious activity in the area.
Police say, “At this point, police believe this was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the general public.”
Police are asking residents to review video footage for suspicious activity beginning the evening of December 3, 2025.
