The former Talisman Mountain Resort lands in the Beaver Valley have been purchased by the Bruce Trail Conservancy.
The deal will permanently protect over 120 acres of sensitive Niagara Escarpment land from development, and will see extensive restoration efforts to bring the property back to peak ecological health…including large-scale reforestation.
Chief Executive Officer of the Bruce Trail Conservancy, Michael McDonald called it a “once-in-a-generation moment.”
