OPP have concluded their initial investigation into a fatal collision just east of Blue Mountain Village.
Just before 10 Wednesday night, a pedestrian was stuck by a vehicle on Mountain Road between the 10th Line and Kells Crescent.
The 22 year old woman from Wasaga Beach died as a result.
Police say their investigation found she was directly in the path of the vehicle at the time.
OPP say they do not plan to lay charges.
