
Owen Sound Attack defenceman Noah Roberts has announced a commitment to play NCAA Division 1 hockey following his OHL career.
He will be joining the Sacred Heart University Pioneers, located in Fairfield, Conn.
“I’m very excited and honoured to be committed to Sacred Heart,” Roberts says in a statement from the Attack. “I wouldn’t have been able to to do it without the help of my family, friends and coaches.”
Roberts, 19, is in his overage season in the OHL and has an assist and 38 penalty minutes in 21 games with the Attack. The 6-foot-1, 198-pound blueliner was originally drafted by then the Hamilton Bulldogs in the third round of the 2021 OHL Priority Selection. He spent parts of three seasons in Hamilton/Brantford, before being moved to the Sudbury Wolves ahead of 2024-25 OHL trade deadline.
He was acquired by the Attack from the Wolves ahead of the 2025-26 OHL season.
