- Berford Street Phase 2 reconstruction and Millards Bridge rehabilitation
- Sauble Beach Community Centre bathroom renovation, window and HVAC replacement
- Feasibility study to guide the future of Bluewater Park and adjacent municipal facilities
- Dredging work in Bluewater Park Harbour
- Launch of a new, user-friendly municipal website to enhance public access to information and services
- Construction of a new Town Hall
- In addition to the $2.9 million investment in Asset Management, guided by the Town’s Asset Management Plan, Council included an additional $444,000 contribution to the Town’s asset management reserves to ensure sustainable maintenance and replacement of critical municipal assets.
The budget also includes a 3.25% tax rate increase.
