Sebastian Gatto made 41 saves, and stopped all three shooters he faced in the shootout to backstop the London Knights to a 3-2 win over the Owen Sound Attack in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre.
Braidy Wassilyn and Ben Wilmott had the goals for London, which had a 4-on-3 power play in overtime but couldn’t get a puck past Carter George.
Wesley Royston and Harry Nansi scored for the Attack (12-6-0-2). Owen Sound trailed 2-1 after the second, before Nansi tied the game midway through the third.
Next action for the Attack is a road game Sunday night at Oshawa.
