The Owen Sound and North Grey Union Public Library is holding a LEGO building competition this week.
Children and families are invited to test out their skills against competitors in their age category, or build together as a family.
Each piece will be judged by a panel, which includes the creator of the LEGO model of the Chi-Cheemaun, which was displayed at the Tom Thomson Art Gallery over the summer.
Participants are invited come create their LEGO pieces on Nov. 4 from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Families building at home can drop off their creations that day between 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Viewing and voting will take place on Oct. 5 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Nov. 6 from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The award ceremony will be held on Nov. 6 from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
There will be LEGO prizes for the winners.
