South Bruce OPP say a Wilmot man is facing an impaired driving charge following a collision in Brockton.
On. Oct. 24 around 8:11 p.m., police say officers responded to a vehicle collision along Highway 9.
When officers arrived on the scene, the found a pick-up truck had entered the ditch.
Officers administered a roadside screening, which police say the driver failed.
The 56-year-old driver was taken into custody and was charged with operation while impaired.
The accused is set to appear in court in Walkerton next month.
