Hanover Police arrested a 38-year-old woman of no fixed address for theft and resisting arrest.
Police allege she stole from a convenience store on back to back days. They didn’t specify which store.
They say during the arrest, the suspect resisted and needed to be restrained.
Knoll says she was held in police cells and later released on conditions.
