Charges have been laid after a dog attack in Fergus.
Wellington County OPP were called about an unleashed dog attack against one person and their dog on October 18th at around 7:00pm.
It happened while they were walking through a wooden area on Gauley Drive.
Both the victim and dog suffered minor injuries.
The 34-year old owner of the dog was charged with two counts failing to prevent dog from biting, attacking a person or domestic animal.
They were also charged with failing to restrain dog by leash and muzzle.
