On Oct. 2 between 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., police say officers investigated two separate reports near Hanover Aerial Gymnastics and Hanover Heights Public School where it was reported the male suspect was watching young females, driving erratically and committed an indecent act.
Following an investigation, Police say the 25-year-old suspect from Walkerton was arrested late afternoon on Oct. 3 during a traffic stop in Hanover.
He was taken into custody without incident.
As a result, he is facing charges of indecent act, four counts of criminal harassment, dangerous operation of a vehicle, and stunt driving.
The suspect was held for a bail hearing and later remanded into custody.
Additionally, the suspect’s vehicle was seized where it remains impounded.
