South Bruce OPP have charged a 37-year-old man after an investigation into intimate partner violence led to a drug seizure.
The investigation happened in Brockton after an altercation between two individuals in a wooded area off South Street in Walkerton.
After police searched the individual, they discovered approximately 117 grams of what’s suspected to be fentanyl.
The man, of no fixed address, is facing assault charges, as well as possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
