Police have released a description of two suspects in connection with a shooting that left a man injured near Edenvale Aerodrome on Highway 26 last month.
Huronia West OPP found a person suffering from a gunshot wound near the 15/16 Side road on Aug 15th.
Investigators believe two suspects drove to the area in a dark-coloured Volkswagen Jetta or Passat, model years 2011 and 2018, and bearing Ontario plates.
Police say an argument likely broke out before the passenger of the vehicle shot the victim. Two men then fled the scene in the car.
The passenger is described as a white man with a lighter complexion and sandy brown hair. The driver is described as a man with a darker complexion, a beard, and possibly of Portuguese, Greek or Italian descent. Investigators say he could be between 39 and 42 years old.
The victim’s identity has not been released….and it’s unclear whether those involved knew each other.
