In Barrie early this morning one driver misunderstood the meaning of “drive-thru” at a fast food restaurant on Dunlop Street.
Barrie police responded to a collision report and found a car inside the business.
The driver fled the scene. Police are still looking for that person.
Damage to the storefront is significant and it will require structural and glass repairs, and the investigation is ongoing.
