Charges have been laid, following a two-year old arson case in Bayfield.
OPP say they have charged a 63 year old from Stratford, after a fire burned down The Hub On The Docks restaurant in October of 2023.
The blaze caused over a million dollars in damage.
The accused has been charged with:
- Break, Enter a Place – Commit Indictable Offence (three counts)
- Arson – Damage to Property (three counts)
- Possession of Incendiary Material (three counts)
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Goderich on October 20, 2025.
